Don't believe me? Check it out.
I also noticed that another one of the SvR11 menu musics also showed up with I was looking at other licensed production music tracks.

Man I HATE the menu music in this years' SvR. It seems to alternate between Jericho's entrance music, which isn't too bad, but I now hate because I've listened to it so much, some horrific death metal shite track and a song sung by an annoyingly high pitched voice. I remember one year where the soundtrack had about 5 tunes from Tony Hawk 2. Now that was a good soundtrack.
Also, do we have a date yet for the Nitro arena DLC yet? Couldn't see anything on the website.

I actually love the music this year a lot better because it isn't obnoxious top 40 radio songs. But i'm sure that's just me.
But aren't the menu musics in SvR11 that aren't wrestler themes, just generic instrumentals? Like this one? It goes between those, and Miz, Jericho, CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Drew McIntrye, Shad, Luke Gallows, and then Music 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 or something.
I'm sure the "annoying high pitched" one you're talking about is probably Cody Rhodes's "Smoke And Mirrors" theme. Yeah, I think it's annoying as well.
And I believe all Marcus Stephenson has said about the Nitro pack is.. "Feburary". They seem to only give months, until a week before they decide it's time.

Oh, I dunno. They might be wrestler themes that I'm hearing. If they are, then they certainly suck ass.
Can't wait to play a match in the Nitro arena. I transferred that zip file you made available for download a few months ago with a load of WCW themes in it to my PS3. I've downloaded a load of CAW's with nWo and Wolfpac attire for the full effect to combine with the entrance music.
I wish they had the proper Nitro guardrail and announce table in it's proper place though. That would complete it.
Also Mike, do you have any other WCW themes other the ones you uploaded in that pack?

I would be a happy man if they included a bit of dnb on SvR (not Pendulum). Might a be a bit fast-paced for the matches but I reckon having a continuous mix with some classic Bad Company or Bassline Smith would be good for those long MITB matches to keep the snese of urgency.

Nice, they got pretty much all the themes there! They've even got David Arquette for my CAW! (I've given him the WHC)
Also, the WCW Championship that you can unlock in the game... That's the old WWF Championship isn't it?

I rather like a bit of Pendulum! More seriously though it would be better have a slightly more varied selection of music.

I liked Pendulum's "Hold Your Colour" album, that CD had some classics, you still hear Tarantula & Slam get dropped at DNB nights occasionally still.
"In Silico" was a different style which I didn't really take to. "Immersion" had some good tracks on it, can't remember their names but I have the album, but nothing really stands out on the album. Once they moved away from DNB I lost interest.

No, I think the WCW belt in the game is the one which Ron Simmons had when he was WHC.

Oh right.
I dunno, can't remember back that far. Just looked pretty similar to the old WWF Title to me

The old attitude era belt was bigger, and the Winged Eagle belt was a bit of a different shape. Pretty sure its the Ron Simmons era belt, and was in operation when WCW had two title belts - that one and the one Flair took to the WWE and then brought back.

Ahhh I see.
I started watching WCW in the tail end of the 90's, the only belts I remember as active were the Cruiserweight, Tags, Television, United States and the WHC currently used on Smackdown. I believe the Hardcore title came later, as did the Women's. And for the last 2 Nitro shows, the Cruiserweight-tag team titles.
To stimulate a bit of conversation here, I ask you this question:
What belt do you think is the best looking belt? From any federation and era?
WCW Tag Team Championship (the final design) WWF Championship (Last one before it was unified by Jericho) WWF Hardcore Title

The WCW United States Heavyweight Championship from the early and mid 1990s.
Second, the WWF Winged Eagle
Third the WWF Classic Intercontinental
