Changed name of the forum, due to All-Stars news coming next week.

WWE Games on Twitter has announced that the media roll-out of news on WWE All-Stars begins next week.

Although personally, I for one, am not looking forward to this game all that much, mostly due to THQ's track record of side-series games aside from the SvR series not being very good or successful (aside from the two Day Of Reckoning games which I kinda liked)...

But I admit that it's still an interesting time for news regarding a game that may surprise everyone, including me, and just may turn out to be much better than I imagine.

Therefore, I thought this was the best time to extend this forum to the news for that.

So let's start it off right, in this thread with this question:

What do you want from WWE All-Stars?

I guess what I am looking for from the game is something which mixes the nostalgia element of Legends of Wrestlemania with simple fun OTT Tekkenesque moves.

Having said that, I don't want a complex button masher where you need to perform three perfect clockwise revolutions with the control stick whilst pressing ABABXYYXLBRBAXY in order to do a piledriver. I'd like something which is simple to play like the Wrestlefest arcade game or (dare I say it) No Mercy, but which throws in over the top sick looking impacts to the moves.

I'm looking for a CAW mode which easily lets you fill in the legends that are missing, and which perhaps includes those fun elements we talked about on the other string.

Basically, I'm looking for a game which is WWE in the Marvel/DC Universe, that's the way to look at it.

I want the same thing David wants. I want a fun game, which doesn't take itself too seriously but still has some replay value. I want it to be fun to play alone, with friends, or on Xbox Live. I suppose I'm after the NBA Jam of the Wrestling World, with more bells and whistles for extra fun and replay value.

I just want the game to not be limited, have lots of replay value, good creation modes, and not have a broken shitty control scheme.

I'm looking for a game that plays well and has longevity, that I won't get tired of easily.

Although the graphic style is already a major turn off for me, i'm willing to overlook it as well as they hit the other, more important bullet points i've outlined above.
