Push someone off a ladder through a table achievement

Anyone else having a problem getting this to work?

I've put plenty of people through tables, but it won't come up. Last two matches I used Homer Cyde to throw El Generico from the ladder through a table in a tag team match, then I did it again in a singles match against Joxide.

Am I doing something wrong? Do you need to push them off the ladder through pushing the ladder over, rather than throw them off it whilst you are still on it?

Worked it out in the end. It triggered when I used a special to do it.
