I'm back for a bit

Hey I completely forgot about this place! I'm still around though. In 2 weeks Saturday I'm off for 3 week break in sunny hot South America! Woo hoo!

Yeah mang, I'm going to Buenos Aires first for a few days and meeting some old friends from my last trip, then getting a bus to Rosario (city in Argentina where Che Guevara was born) and meeting these two fit Argentinian sisters I met in Turkey back in March, then going back to Buenos Aires and catching a flight to Santa Cruz, Bolivia where I'm staying with my friend from there who I met in Brazil last time. Then going to Sao Paulo and staying in the hostel I stayed t before which was a good laugh, then going to Manaus in northern Brazil (6 hour flight) with one of my friends from Buenos Aires for a trek in the jungle, then coming back December 16th. It's gonna be manic!

Hopefully no jail, I really don't fancy it!

I'm back! I'm back and I survived, lol

I went to Buenos Aires first for a few days and picked up some stomach bug so spent a day in Rosario (birthplace of Che Guevara) in bed, but pulled it together. I only went there to see some friends of mine so I tried to sort myself out quicker. Then went back to the airport in Buenos Aires and took a plane to Santa Cruz in Bolivia and I stayed at my friend's house, that was pretty good fun. Then I went to Sao Paulo to see some friends of mine for two days, then flew to Manaus in north Brazil (4 hours plane!) with some other friends from my last trip and we went into the jungle, staying in a lodge and then camping out in the jungle. That was really cool, our guide caught a fat tarantula and an alligator which I held Then afterwards I came home. Finally back to a place where you can throw your toilet paper down the toilet bowl!

It's the little things you miss...

Yeah! Like not having to pick ticks out of your skin and not checking your hammock for cockroaches and scorpions before you get in it! Nah jokes the jungle was actually pretty fun. I miss it already

See, picking nits, checking for cockroaches, and no proper toilet facilities... not exactly what I look for in a holiday myself. ;0)

I can live with either. I do love a bit of luxury but I don't mind roughing it either. I deffo not a sit by the pool type either way.

Ha! That was NOT a holiday, believe me. Hahahaha well the 2 weeks before were but that was effort!
