Ah man, I'm so happy right now! Tired, but happy. Andy Murray has won the US Open! What a match, and what a win!

I was never a huge fan of his, but he sort of won me over this year. It's a great achievement, and well done to him.

Ditto on what DS said. Never his greatest fan but I mellowed on him this year. Mind you, he still made it hard work after being 2-0 up!

He's really matured over the past couple of years, and become a brilliant player. I didn't really like him at first, but he's much better now. His attitude has changed for the better, and he's up for a laugh now.

Murray has certainly improved his PR skills since the days of supporting anybody against England at football and wearing a Paraquay shirt when they played England! Murray is deffo warmer now than he was before.
My faves were always the ones with a little extra. Sampras may have been better than Agassi in terms of titles but the latter still holds my fave player title!
Now let's hope he kicks on. He's actually the same age (bar seven days) as Novak but four Grand Slams behind him (four if you count the Olympics which is a big win but a smaller field). But we are a nation of later developers so who knows!
